August 2008:  The Artist's Crossing is introducing a new and potentially ongoing series of Master Classes.  These classes will feature Broadway professionals from all mediums (performers, designers, directors, choreographers, agents, casting directors, composers, etc.).  The classes will typically be 3 hour sessions and open to a limited number of participants, depending on the class structure.  Individuals have the option to participate in as many or as few sessions as you choose.  Based on the success of these first 3 August classes, we will continue to add more throughout the fall.  Also, as always, we are open to suggestions for upcoming classes and programs.

Following are the details for our upcoming summer classes:

2005 Workshop Final Presentationn

"There is an old Buddhist koan which goes something like this:  'When the student is willing, the teacher appears.'  I would suggest that the opposite is also true; good teachers find inspirational students in the most remarkable places.  The Artist's Crossing is such a remarkable place--a state of mind if you will--and every performing artist should spend at least one week per year in an Artist's Crossing workshop, whether as a teacher or a student.  Watch your perspective change." --Kathryn Morath (2004, 2005, 2006 'Crossing Guard'), Los Angeles, CA
